This is a photo that reaches the outskirts of being a drawing. The way you have pushed this (contrast, curves, levels, and desaturation) has given the image a charcoal drawn feeling. The little boy’s face, that unfortunately is not the first thing that catches the eye, has a priceless picturesque expression. This image might benefit by a tighter crop. You may lose detail of the geometrically framing doors but you will gain focus on the faces. Overall, I get a dark retro feeling and if that is your intention you have done lovely. I would explore the "haunted house/ evil kid" idea with it as well.
